Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During sales or festivals, processing time may extend slightly due to high volume.
Delivery depends on your location:
Metro Cities: 3–5 days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 days
Remote / Village Areas: 7–9 days
Note: External factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery time.
Free shipping is available on selected products.
Standard delivery charges may apply based on order value and pin code.
Any extra fees (remote area charges) will be clearly visible at checkout.
COD is available on selected pin codes.
A small COD handling fee may be charged.
In case of COD refunds, money will be sent via Bank Transfer / UPI only.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.
You can check real-time updates on the courier partner’s website.
If tracking doesn’t update within 48 hours, contact us for assistance.
For security, some prepaid orders may require a quick verification call or message.
If verification fails, the order may be cancelled automatically.
Courier makes 2–3 attempts to deliver your package.
If you miss all attempts, the order will be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply if you request a second delivery.
If your order is delayed due to:
Courier logistics issue
Incorrect shipping address
High seasonal load
Weather disruptions
We will assist in tracking and ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.
If a customer enters an incorrect address, phone number, or pin code:
Delivery may fail or be delayed.
Re-delivery will be done only after customer confirmation.

✔︎ Damaged

Without video proof, replacements/refunds may not be possible.
Orders can be cancelled within 1–3 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Repeated COD cancellations may limit future COD availability.
